I begin fitness training b/c it combines my love for dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, and working out. I realize that fitness is more about competition however, it is a lifestyle. "Being fit" means exercising and eating healthy year round, not just prior to competitions. I am more concerned with my future and what a healthy diet and exercise can contribute to that future. I realize the importance of my well-being.
