| 1/2 Cup Splenda | 1/2 C Fat Free Buttermilk |
| 1/4 C Eggbeaters | 3T Canola Oil or twice as much Applesauce |
| 3/4 C Unbleached All Purpose Flour | 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour |
| 3/4 C Ground Flaxseed | 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder |
| 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda | 1/8 Teaspoon Salt |
| 1 C Pureed Bananas (very Ripe) | 1/2 C Walnuts |

Preheat Oven 350deg Spray Pam on non-stick 8" x 4" Loaf Pan In a Large bowl, combine: Sugar, Buttermilk, Eggbeaters and Oil. Whisk until Smooth. In Medium Bowl, combine: Unbleached Flour, Whole-Wheat Flour, Ground Flaxseed, Baking Powder, Baking Soda & Salt. Whisk to mix. Add liquid ingredients to dry & stir just until blended. Add Bananas & Nuts & STIR Pour into Pan & BAKE 40-50 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove to a wire rack and cool ***Serve Warm or w/homemade Peanut Butter on Top |

| 3/4 C Chopped Walnuts | 3 1/2oz (1 Scoop) Whey Protein |
| 1 C Egg Whites (or 2 oz Eggbeaters) | 3 Level T ground Cinnamon |

1/4 C Applesauce (or 1/2 C for lower calorie recipe) |
2 C Skim Milk |
| 2 T Canola Oil (no oil for low cal. recipe) | |

Mix: Pancake Mix, Flax,
Walnuts, Whey & Cinnamon thoroughly together before adding liquids. Blend Milk, Eggbeaters, Applesauce & Oil before adding to dry mix. Combine ingredients together & mix thoroughly. Pour appropriate amount into your waffle iron & have a power packed breakfast! ***To Cut some calories and fat out (although Canola is a healthy fat) you may substitute all the oil with applesauce Recipe makes 4-6 waffles depending upon size of waffle iron. |
