| Ingredients | Directions |
| 3/4 C Whole Wheat Flour | Sift Flour, Splenda, Baking Soda, Salt & Cinnamon in Bowl |
| 3/4 C All Purpose Flour | Make a Well in the Center |
| 1 C Splenda | Combine Eggbeaters, Applesauce, Oil & Strawberries |
| 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda | Add to sifted ingredients & stir until well combined |
| 1/2 Teaspoon Salt | Spoon Batter into greased & floured 9 x 5" Loaf Pan |
| 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon | Bake at 350deg for 1 Hour |
| 8oz Eggbeaters | Remove from oven & let cool |
| 1/2 C Unsweetened Applesauce | |
| 1/8 C Canola Oil | ***Makes a great breakfast bread, snack or dessert! YUM! |
