Tropical Orange Soy Shake
Ingredients Directions
3/4 Glass OJ Blend Ingredients until Smooth
1-2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder If it's too thick add more milk or OJ
1/2 Glass Crushed Ice Pour in Large Glass & Garnish with Cool Whip or Coconut Flakes
1 Tsp Coconut Extract (you could use the coconut flakes in the blend, but it would add a lot of Saturated Fat)
1/4 Glass Soy Milk (or Skim)  

 

Cappubanana Smoothie

15oz Water (or skim milk)
1 small cup of coffee (around 4oz)
½ Frozen Banana
Vanilla Protein Powder (Met-Rx or your preferred brand)
1 Cup Crushed Ice or Ice Cubes
Blend together and enjoy
(Add banana last and don’t blend long if you want chunks of banana)

6oz Light Eggnog (I use Silk Nog)
½ T Nutmeg
1 C Crushed Ice

1 Can Pumpkin
1 T Nutmeg
1 T Cinnamon
1 T Allspice
1 pk Vanilla Met-Rx Protein
8oz water
8oz Skim Milk
(may use all Milk instead of water)
Crushed Ice
Mix Pumpkin & Spices & set aside
Pour water & milk in blender and add Protein Powder
Add ¼ C Pumpkin Mixture and blend
Add 1 C Crushed Ice and blend until Smooth
*Add more spices or pumpkin mixture to suit your taste
